Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice. Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received, both for online and in-class courses.
Payment must be received in full in advance of the training course for in-class and online courses. Payment can be made through:
a) Credit Card or PayPal on the website b) Bank wire transfer or Western Union c) Telephone or e-mail (through a credit card)
UNI-Prep training courses may be subject to sales taxes, in which case they are inclusive in the fee. Course fees include tuition on the day(s) of the course offering, all relevant course materials and taxes (if applicable). Courses which include free shipping of certificates or other materials require 4-6 weeks for arrival at destination.* All shipped items are sent through regular postal service without tracking. No guarantee is provided that shipped items will arrive at the destination. If items do not arrive at the destination, UNI-Prep will provide proof of shipment to the address provided and students agree that this will render shipping services complete and will alleviate UNI-Prep of further responsibility or liability related to shipping. Students have the option to pay for premium shipping services which can guarantee delivery. In such instances, a handling fee is charged, along with any related shipping fees. Students can also pay for regular shipping (which includes a UNI-Prep handling fee and all related shipping fees) in case materials do not arrive at destination through no fault of UNI-Prep. UNI-Prep will be deemed free of fault upon providing proof of shipment.

The early bird discount applies to various UNI-Prep courses as listed on a course by course basis. The discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer and places are subject to availability.
At its discretion, UNI-Prep may offer a promotion allowing students to register in a course without advance payment. The payment for the course will be due when the student completes the course. A student is considered to have completed a course when they make a request to be issued a certificate or diploma from UNI-Prep. UNI-Prep will not issue an electronic or physical copy of any certificate or diploma until the payment has been made in full. The payment amount will be determined based on the price of the course on the date of registration in the course.
UNI-Prep will make every effort to accommodate special requests and requirements that have been notified in advance in writing. Please provide ample notice for special requests.
Course instructions will be e-mailed two to four weeks before the start of the course. If you have not received your instructions three days before the start date of the course, please contact us at email@example.com. UNI-Prep will not be held responsible for non-receipt of instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances. Upon registering and making payment of any online courses, you will receive your login and password, along with instructions on how to access the course, within 2 business days via e-mail. If you have not received this after 2 business days, please contact us to follow-up. All assessments and assignments, whether written or any other form, submitted by students during a UNI-Prep course become the property of UNI-Prep. UNI-prep reserves the right to publish any course assessments and assignments completed or submitted by students during a course while maintaining the anonymity of students.
You can transfer to a different location or different date of the same course free of charge. In order to do so, you must provide a written request at least 21 days before the start of the course. No guarantees can be made for transferred request and transfers are subject to availability. Transfer requests will be granted at the discretion of UNI-Prep. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. Only one transfer will be allowed. Requests to transfer a course must be made in writing and can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Transfers only apply to in-class courses.
To receive a refund, you must notify UNI-Prep in writing via e-mail at least 28 days before the start date of a course. If you do so within 28 days before the starte date of the course, you will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 40% (plus any sales taxes) of the course fee. If you withdraw for any reason within the 28 day period prior to the start of the course, you will not be eligible for any refund. This policy applies to in-class courses only.
Should a participant require an invitation letter from UNI-Prep, we are able to provide this as long as full payment of the course fee has been received. UNI-Prep is not able to act on behalf of the participant and is not responsible for any costs incurred by failure to obtain a Visa.
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice in writing to UNI-Prep according to the conditions listed above then the course fee will remain payable in full and no transfer will be allowed.
Where circumstances dictate, UNI-Prep reserves the right to change published courses, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made, but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred by registrants. UNI-Prep reserves the right to expel any students from its course at its sole discretion. All students are expected to adhere to academic policies and conduct in a professional and respectful manner with UNI-Prep employees, staff, teachers, contractors and other students. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from courses at the sole discretion of UNI-Prep along with any other reprimand as determined by UNI-Prep. Students that have been expelled are not eligible for refunds and may only receive refunds at the sole discretion of UNI-Prep.
Details of the specific venue will be sent in the course instructions for all training courses. There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing.
Any individual that provides their e-mail address through any medium on this website, whether it be through a form or by contacting us through an e-mail address provided on this website, agrees to subscribe to news and offers that may occasionally be sent out by UNI-Prep Institute or any of its staff members and subsidiaries. Your information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with any third parties. You may opt out of the automatic subscription at anytime.
UNI-Prep does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of UNI-Prep. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
For refunds related to in-class courses, please refer to section 6. For online courses and any other purchases, full refunds will be given within 24 hours of payment. Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of payment by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Failure to notify UNI-Prep within the 24-hour period following the payment transaction will forfeit the right to any refunds for purchases. This is done to ensure that students have the opportunity to drop out of their courses or make cancellations to their purchases without penalty. At the discretion of UNI-Prep, you may also be allowed to switch courses in special circumstances within 7 days of registration.
UNI-Prep Institute does not provide notarization or authentication services for certificates or diplomas, either to existing or former students. It is the student's responsibility to notarize, authenticate, legalize or apostille certificates and diplomas. Typically, students are able to have certificates or diplomas notarized and authenticated by contacting the appropriate governmental bodies and following the required steps. In some instances, the certificate or diploma may need to be notarized, either in the state of California or in another location. UNI-Prep does not provide this service, either for free or for a fee. However, at UNI-Prep's discretion and in exceptional circumstances, UNI-Prep Institute may provide only notarization service for a fee as determined by UNI-Prep. In virtually all cases, it is the students responsibility to get certificates or diplomas notarized. There are companies that provide notarization and authentication/apostille services for a fee and students may also make arrangements with these companies to obtain notarization or authentication services. If an additional original copy of a certificate or diploma is required for notarization or authentication purposes, students may order this for a fee from UNI-Prep Institute. Students may contact UNI-Prep to obtain names of some companies that offer notarization and apostille services.
UNI-Prep reserves the right to make changes to any of its policies at any time by posting revisions on the site. You are responsible for periodically checking our site for changes to UNI-Prep's policies.
UNI-Prep Institute (“UNI-Prep”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information given to us by our customers, staff, and business associates.
To serve you properly, we may need to collect information about you including but not limited to your full name, full mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, picture ID, government issued ID, last 4 digits of your credit card number, name of credit card holder, expiration date, previous education, course registration, course assessments and submissions, course login information, and resume/CV information. This is not a full list of information that may be collected, and there may be other types of information that may be requested from our customers, staff and business associates, as needed. Not all of the information mentioned is required from all sources and some information is optional. Customers, staff, and business associates may contact us to clarify which information is required for specific purposes.
We may use your information to offer you other associated services and keep you up to date with any UNI-Prep services that we think you may find valuable. We may provide your personal data to third parties as required by you, the government or law, any regulatory agencies that UNI-Prep is regulated through, and for any other purpose deemed necessary. We may also provide verification services to employers and third-parties who provide us with sufficient information to verify the validity of a certificate or diploma issued by UNI-Prep.
